Emily Bright
Fitness and wellness has played a key role in who I am today, and I love sharing that passion with others. It is truly the best feeling to be able to help others feel their best and help them see how strong you truly are.
With over ten years in the field, I have specialized in active aging, strength, holistic health and nutrition coaching, women's wellness retreats, fitness classes for all ages as well as personal training.
I have loved getting to know many of the LHSC staff the past few years and am ecstatic to keep cheering you on as we grow stronger together.

Pam Rilett
Pam Rilett is a Fitness and Wellness Trainer with 25 years of experience helping clients achieve their personal health goals.
After graduating from the Fitness and Health Promotion Program in 2004, she spent 14 years as a Personal Trainer at GoodLife before launching her own practice in 2018.
Since then, she has provided lifestyle coaching, personal training, and nutrition services as well as pre and post natal throughout London.
Pam specializes in personal training and likes teaching classes such as strength, TRX, and Bootcamp.
Passionate about fitness, nutrition, and mental well-being, Pam brings energy, expertise, and genuine care to the LHSC Wellness Team.

Sarah Langford
Sarah has been involved, and teaching in the fitness and health industry for over 30 plus years. She has taught courses at UWO and at Fanshawe College in the Kinesiology and Fitness and Health Promotion programs respectively.
Sarah continues to work with people of all ages with training and leading exercise classes. She has over 25 years’ experience working with older adults at the Canadian Centre for Activity and Aging, with the VON and Hutton House.
Teaching group fitness classes keeps Sarah very much in touch with current fitness and health programs. She has been a personal trainer and she continues teaching fitness classes with the GoodLife Fitness Clubs and has done so for over 25 years.
Sarah believes strongly in the benefits of exercise to one’s mental, emotional and overall physical health! Having fun and connecting with people is Sarah’s goal! She loves to motivate others to move and to feel better.

Marcin Pszczola
I am a dedicated and results-driven personal trainer with over 15 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. With a deep passion for strength training, conditioning, and holistic
wellness, I have built a career on helping others unlock their true physical and mental potential.
My fitness journey began in my early twenties, driven by a personal commitment to learn and
master diverse training methods and techniques. As my passion evolved, so did my expertise—eventually leading myself to transition into a full-time career as a personal trainer at
the age of 30.
Since then, I have worked with leading fitness institutions including Gold’s Gym,
World Gym, and Wellington Fitness, where I have transformed the lives of countless clients by
helping them build muscle, lose fat, and elevate their overall well-being.
In addition to my deep knowledge of physical training, I’am equally passionate about the crucial role of nutrition, sleep, and recovery in achieving optimal health. I hold certifications in
CanFitPro Personal Training, CanFitPro Nutrition, TRX Suspension Training, and am also
certified in CPR and First Aid.
My coaching credentials extend beyond personal training. I have spent several years training
Police Foundations students, preparing them to meet rigorous strength and endurance
standards required for graduation and entry into the field. With over 10 years of bootcamp
instruction, 6 years of kickboxing, and a specialized focus in strength coaching, I offer a
dynamic, well-rounded approach tailored to each individual’s goals and capabilities.
I'm known for my motivational and disciplined style, and often lives by the motto:
“When the mind believes, the body achieves.”

Romina Ticco
Im Romina Ticco, and I’m excited about the opportunity to instruct and do personal training at LHSC fitness centre, it fits perfectly with my lifelong dedication to movement, wellness, and empowering others. With a Fitness and Health Promotion diploma and over twenty five years teaching dance and fitness -including eight years owning my own studio-I’ve seen the ever-changing power of functional movement. I hold an Associate diploma from the Western Conservatory of Ballet and have studied both ballet and international Latin ballroom which instilled in me a deep respect for posture, precision and mindful movement.
For the past 10 years, I've worked at LHSC promoting health and wellness-an incredibly rewarding role that has deepened my belief in the connection between physical movement and mental well-being.
I look forward to continuing to share my passion with you at LHSC.
